Monopoly: Barbie Edition has been recently launched by Hasbro following the release of Barbie: The Movie by Mattel. This special edition features Barbie and her accessories in the game's tokens, board, and gameplay.
The game offers six Barbie-inspired tokens to choose from, including a dog, a shoe, a sportscar, a speedboat, a roller skate, and of course, Barbie herself. Instead of railroads, players can land on one of four Dream vehicles: Dream Boat, Dream Camper, Dream Convertible, and Dream Plane.
This edition also introduces a new gameplay mechanic, Be Anything cards. Players can select one of six Barbie career cards that give them an advantage over their opponents. They can use their Be Anything skill when they roll a “B” with the Barbie die.
